Marty is one of the best contractors we worked with. He is polite, courteous and prompt in taking care of the business and also very reasonable in pricing. He has a wonderful group of people working for him. They are fast, focused and hard working guys. The outcome of our siding and gutter work of our house came out spectacular and outstanding. The job was done before the due date and after finishing the job, the guys cleaned the house thoroughly from outside. I strongly recommend ARKA for any siding, windows and brick/stone work of the house.

We just had the front of our home done in ledge stone and we also had the roof, siding, and windows replaced and couldn't be happier! We just had siding windows and a stone front done.. the guys were wonderful, they cleaned up every day and we're done and much less time than I expected our house looks brand new.. all of the installers including the stonemason were true Craftsman who take pride in their work..highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. Marty is a pleasure to do business with, and everyone working on the house was excellent. Andrew was particularly amazing - I've never seen anyone work so hard or efficiently in my life. Everyone was super respectful. I had 9 windows replaced, siding put up and gutters replaced- it was done quickly and done well, and the property clean up was excellent. Price was more than fair, as well. With an old house, my experience with contractors has been that they come but don't quote, charge a crazy amount, or they don't treat the property with respect; this was not the case with Marty and everyone who came to the property. Marty was also conscientious about everything and made sure work was done and that we were satisfied with the work. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

we just had replacement windows put in our home and couldn't be happier. we had numerous companies out only to give us a long drawn out presentation leading up to very high price. I called arka contractors on one of my coworkers recommendations, he just had his windows done and was very pleased.. Marty tells it like it is, short and sweet, he walked us through the measuring of our existing windows, and through the installation process. the windows are beautiful. i'm so glad i called. i highly recommend this company.

We just had Arka install new vinyl siding on our home along with a stone front and new windows. The workers were exellent and on time everyday and even stayed til 7. The job was done ahead of schedule. Everyone cleaned up and we couldn’t be happier! It’s like we bought a new home.

This review is 8 yrs. after the work has been completed. Marty has done work on two of my neighbors homes with wonderful results .. the reason I’m giving this review is because we had some vinyl on the trim of our windows peel off and Marty came back within three days of the phone call to repair it for me ..I’ve never had any company react so quickly to an issue and I will call them for any other home-improvement needs I have in the future. 5 Stars!!

ARKA is a wonderful company to deal with, whether it involves first contact or the actual on-site work. Requests for an estimate were promptly scheduled, photos of work done in the area provided, and estimates promptly prepared and delivered. The masonry work we had done was wonderful. The mason was a true craftsman who was dedicated to his work and took great pride in it. Cleanup was excellent as well. Marty checked the work on a daily basis. This is a company that is proud of its excellent record and makes customers feel valued and respected. What a change from workmen who can barely be bothered to return a call! This is a company we would return to again and again for needed work on our home.

My siding was destroyed from hurricane Sandy. I was so impressed with the siding he did on my home. His team came early in the morning and finished the job the same day. I was completely satisfied and very impressed with all of the work that was done on our home. We had new siding and windows placed first and then used ARKA again to remodel our kitchen. The workers really kept things neat throughout all the remodeling and worked very efficiently. We would highly recommend using this company to anyone looking for excellent work done at a good price.
